Course consists of 4 weeks 

Week 1:
Gentle Full Body Recovery

It is important to get back to physical activities slowly and mindfully. We will begin by checking in with the body and how we feel about active and passive recovery.

Week 2:
Toned Belly and Pelvic Floor

Week 3:
Grounded Body Peaceful Mind 

Our practices incorporate gentle pelvic floor work as to engage and to relax the muscles is equally important. We will learn to to do self massage of the belly so it can start lifting and you see the first results already by giving your belly some love.

Mental health is equally as important for every mom as the physical health. We breath and meditate to feel centered and relaxed at the same time. Relaxation practices such as lavender bath and shavasana will be complimentary to all activities that we already do in this course. 

Week 4:
New You in Role of a Mom

Moving the body, giving it a lot of care with practices and rituals is changing the way the mother feel.
We will also talk about how to incorporate these practices and keep a track of them even after the course.

Why

My mission is to support mothers with their transition into this new role in life. After becoming a mom I see WHY I was learning so much about mindfulness practices and how they deeply supported me as a new mom.
As primary caregivers we tend to forget about ourselves and shift all our attention to the little one. For every mom it is especially important to be resourceful and grounded as the little one can feel mom's energy and sync up to it. 

How

I teach women to tune into their inner nature and feel synced with it even outside of the yoga mat. I have been practicing yoga for more than 15 years and teaching more than 10. 

What

My classes combine Yoga Flow, Jivamukti and Somatic Experiences - this is what I help mothers to practice.
I also know how body and mind and changing on the hormonal level, so Mindfulness/Meditation as well as Beauty Rituals are included in the program.

  • How soon after birth can I start practicing?
    Depending on your birth experience from 4 weeks onwards. We will discuss your medical conditions before you join the course.
  • What kind of practices are included in the course?
    The course includes yoga designed specially for women who recently gave birth and need special asanas to recover all body parts gently with focus on the belly, internal organs and pelvic floor recovery sequences. We also include relaxation yoga practices & meditation for mental health recovery. Beauty rituals, such as dry brush and self massage technics, warm baths for self care routines.
  • Can I do the course together with my baby?
    Yes, but we recommend to have YOU time for the course, so you can have the full experience and the headspace to focus only on your wellbeing during these short practices.
  • How much time will it take me to practice?
    We have designed the course with minimum time investment and maximum value. Each practice will take from 10 to 30 mins, maximum an hour per day in total.
  • What do I need for practice?
    There is no special clothes required for the course. We recommend to use yoga mat, but it is not obligatory, you can use the floor or carpet at home. We will send you all the necessary accessories and equipment to you home address.
  • Is the course live or recorded?
    We have 4 live sessions each week, we will record them and share it afterwards. All the other practices are recorded. You can practice at the time of your convenience.
  • Will I have the access to recordings after the course?
    Yes, you will have the access to all the recordings forever.
